抿石子工程施工要領

洗石子外牆工程,抿石子外牆工程,洗石工程,斬石子,磨石子 一、一般規定 承包商應提送樣品經建築師認可，必要時依建築師之指示，於現場擇一施工面施作實樣，由建築師認可後，方得施工。完工後若與實樣不符，承商應無價敲除重做，不得推諉。 承商應根據建築師設計圖，依現場丈量之實際尺寸繪製現場足尺圖，經建築師認可後，方可施工。 施工大樣圖： （1）室外：按外牆面之割縫、勾縫、邊縫及不同色澤之設計施作原則繪製。 （2）室內：依室內空間實況設計分割縫、勾縫、邊縫及色澤。 二、材料 水泥及石粉、石子之品質應符合鋼筋混凝土工程有關之規定，其拌合例按圖註或本規範之規定，在建築師認可之拌合桶內拌合均勻並隨拌隨用，拌合超過一小時者不得使用。 料粒： 抹石子工程之粒料拌合比例及顏色，均須由建築師檢定，承包人先送各種材料樣品，另附粒料比例書送核。 （1）黑色洗石子之材料為普通水泥75％之黑大理石子及25％之寒水石。 （2）普通洗石子之材料為普通水泥及寒水石。 （3）次白色洗石子之材料為普通水泥及白石子。 （4）白色洗石子之材料為普通水泥及特白大理石子。 （5）特白洗石子之材料為白水泥及特白大理石子。 （6）宜蘭石洗石子之材料為圖說規定大小粒徑之宜蘭石子。 以上所有石子均須堅實，不含泥土及雜質，所有樣品均須經建築師認可。 四、施工 施工前，承包人應先做樣品，送業主及建築師核定並存工地，完工後之抹石子面應與核可之樣品一致，否則應敲除重做，承包人不得推諉。 底層：底層砂漿須以一份水泥三份篩過之清潔堅銳乾砂以適量之水混合。 面層：俟底層乾後，按圖示或建築師指示劃線，並以壓條分界，灑水潤溼，並塗刷純水泥漿一層，然後再依圖示種類及前規定材料，配合以一份水泥與1/2之石粉拌合（一包水泥拌合15kg石粉二包），再和等份石子拌合均勻施作面層。 面層做好後，俟水泥開始初凝時，即以海棉抹洗面層表面，使露出石子。本項工程須一次施作完成，使用水泥須同一廠牌，石子為同一批來源貨，以免顏色不均，若面積過大，一次不能完工時，須在事先請示建築師決定分隔位置，並以壓條分隔，俟其完全乾燥後，將壓條拆除，並以建築師指定之材料嵌縫。 抿石子完成後，整幅施工面應均勻清潔，不得混濁不清，並於乾燥後以防止污染之透明防水漆塗抹表面。 洗石子外牆工程,抿石子外牆工程,洗石工程,斬石子,磨石子
